In addition, you will participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content, and reference architectures (e.g., white papers, blog posts) and evangelize and educate about Logitech technology (e.g., through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online events or internal and external live conferences).

You engage with all levels of the organization and are comfortable whiteboarding complex solutions to executives and engineers. You have a strong background in establishing long-term technical relationships with customers and recommending security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency, and best-practice solutions for conference spaces and personal desktop solutions.

We are proud to support remote work. This role is full-time remote for South/Southeastern-based employees; travel is required.

  • Customer meetings, presentations, and equipment demonstrations in your lab and/or onsite.
  • Support infrastructure and operations of services while balancing the importance of security, deployment, and management of services.

Internally facing you will…

  • Author white papers and reference architectures for the wider technical community within Logitech and our channel technical community.
  • Team with Solutions Engineering regarding future platform and technology issues and the effect of these decisions on the market.
  • Provide consulting support in identifying and developing competitive product strategies to maintain and enhance product differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Partner with the Sales community to evangelize, communicate, and distribute technical information and selling.
  • Maintain a lab of equipment for testing and verifying solutions within your home office.
